My legal career began at the University of Essex, where I earned my LLB in 2013, followed by my Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Cambridge. I trained at a well-established firm in Central London and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2017.
Prior to joining John Fowlers LLP, I practiced in London, advising an international client base across the Middle East, Europe, and the Caribbean. My practice focuses on complex, high-value commercial property, property finance, and agricultural and development transactions. I have extensive experience in high-net-worth residential property and regularly advise developers on large-scale projects, including site acquisitions and set-ups for developments of over 100 units.
I pride myself on navigating technical complexities to deliver commercial results for my clients. My recent work includes:
- Commercial lease for office space in London for a Fintech start up;
- Conditional land sale for the sum of £14 million;
- Underground cable option agreement and deed of grant on behalf of a landowner;
- Acquisition of a commercial property in London for £1.8 million with secured funding;
- Option Agreement on behalf of a landowner relating to a development of 77 homes in Essex;
- Sale of a freehold property in London held by an overseas company for the sum of £14.8 million;
- Acting for a developer on the acquisition, funding and site set of a site from TfL for 101 units;
- Refinance of a farm estate with Coutts for £3.6 million.
Outside of work, I value quality time with my family and enjoy experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
